	The year 10 GCSE students recently took part in a series of workshops by a team of established artists. The workshops were part of the Tate Shift project which aims to work with selected local school to raise the profile of art in the community. The students attended the launch night at the Tate Britain where they were awarded with certificates

	On the 26^th July the art room was open for the first Paddington Academy Art Exhibition, housing the GCSE and A level Art and Photography work. The exhibition saw a fantastic variety of work ranging from sculpture to mixed media to highly skilled paintings. The students have worked incredibly hard to achieve such great work and we were delighted to be able to show off their talents.
